I am out of the Country studying Thai Massage and Yoga in Thailand. I will joyfully
re-open my practice in January. My email use is sporadic, but I will respond to you as soon as possible. Please know
my phone is temporarily turned off and will be turned on as of December 2013. I look forward to working with you when

I believe in a heart to heart connection. I believe in intertwining eastern and western practices to find the balance that works for each individual.
In today's on-the-go lifestyle, there is so much pushing to the extreme. The more aches and pains one has, the harder it is to be efficient. Positional Therapy, Yoga and Personal Training build core extremity strength and flexibility as well as releasing muscle tension, thereby balancing effort with ease. Positional Therapy, Massage, Yoga and Personal Training create more space in the body therefore allowing more breath to circulate and enabling blood to flow more easily. The more full one's breath, the more life is available.
Positional Therapy, Massage, Yoga and Personal Training help you to regain your energy, manage stress, release tension, quiet the mind, open the muscles, rehabilitate injuries and promote deep relaxation. I can help you UNlearn the repetitive movements that are causing you pain and replace them with movements that will give you stamina, efficiency and ease.
My goal is to listen and work with you and for you. We create the session together. No session is the same, because every being and every day is different. I address your known needs and wants and then explore what else can be shaped and shifted throughout our session. My goal is to create an individual practice with you that you can maintain and enjoy.
Namaste (With Respect),
